ADAS calibration
Your windshield can be part of the vehicle’s safety system.
Many newer vehicles use a forward-facing camera mounted at the windshield. When the windshield is replaced, that system may require calibration.

Why calibration matters
Lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assistance, automatic emergency braking and other systems may depend on camera alignment. The required procedure depends on the year, make, model and equipment.
- Vehicle-specific procedure review
- Static or dynamic calibration when applicable
- Pre- and post-scan workflow where required
- Calibration documentation retained with the work order
ADAS signs to look for
A camera housing near the rearview mirror, lane markings on the dash, collision-warning indicators or adaptive cruise controls may indicate an equipped vehicle.
